Good social benefits
- Collective daily sickness allowance insurance with entitlement to the full net wage during the actuarial waiting period.
- In the event of an accident (private ward insured), GE KVG pays the waiting period and supplements the daily benefits of the accident insurance to the full net salary.
- The premiums are paid by the employer.
Secure retirement provisions
- The employee can choose between 3 savings contribution plans. In the standard variant, the employer pays 60% and the employee 40% of the savings contributions. The risk contribution is paid in full by the employer for all 3 variants.
- Coordination deduction: 8% of the relevant salary, but no more than 40% of the maximum AHV retirement pension.
